I am currently credentialing with Highmark and Aetna and anticipate accepting these plans soon.
We are an out-of-network provider for all other plans. This means you would be responsibly for the full session fee at time of service. I can work with you to confirm if you have out-of-network coverage for outpatient mental health. I would be able to provide a Superbill for you to submit to insurance for potential partial reimbursement.

Whether this is your first time in therapy or you’ve worked with other clinicians in the past, it is best to start off meeting weekly so that I can get to know you and see how I can best support you. Some women continue weekly ongoing, while others move to a bi-weekly cadence. This transition would be a collaborative decision.
Therapy is not a one-size-fits-all thing. It can be supportive on a short-term basis while navigating a life transition or circumstantial issue. However, many women choose to receive ongoing support for their mental health and well-being.

Therapy offers a space to slow down, take a breath, and begin making sense of what's been feeling heavy.
Together, we'll create space for you to process your thoughts and emotions, better understand the patterns that keep you feeling stuck, and develop tools that help you feel more steady and in control.
Over time, many women begin to notice meaningful shifts - feeling less overwhelmed, more present in their daily lives, and more confident in their ability to handle challenges as they arise.
You may find yourself responding to stress with greater self-compassion instead of self-criticism. You may feel more connected to the people who matter most, more grounded in your decisions, and more capable of setting boundaries that protect your time and energy.
Rather than constantly feeling burnt out or stretched thin, therapy can help you find more ease, more clarity, and a renewed sense of fulfillment in your day-to-day life.
