Individual Therapy for Women

Whether you're navigating anxiety, feeling stuck in overwhelm, or managing the weight of daily responsibilities, therapy can be a space to slow down, process what's heavy, and begin reconnecting with yourself.

You don't have to carry it all alone.

Together, we'll create space for you to process your thoughts and emotions, better understand the patterns that keep you feeling stuck, and develop tools that help you feel more steady and in control.

Telehealth services available across the state of Pennsylvania.

Support Through Fertility, Pregnancy, and Motherhood

Trying to conceive, navigating pregnancy, adjusting to postpartum life, or settling into motherhood can bring meaningful change but also unexpected emotional challenges.

You may find yourself carrying new worries, feeling overwhelmed by responsibility, or wondering why this season feels harder than you expected. These transitions can bring shifts in identity, relationships, and daily life. It's common to feel stretched thin, disconnected from yourself, or unsure how to balance your needs with the needs of others.

Therapy offers a space to talk openly about these experiences, process the emotions that come with them, and develop practical tools to feel more grounded, supported, and connected during this season of life.

Supervision for Clinicians

Fee is $100 per 1 hour of supervision

The best next step is to schedule a free 15 minute consultation call. This provides an opportunity for you to share a little about you and what is going on, for me to share how I might be able to help and to review any logistical questions (i.e. insurance, scheduling, etc.)
